Cardinal Building Certification was established to help builders and owner-builders cut through the red tape within the industry. With an emphasis on communication, we provide a service that is not readily available through other certification companies: a commitment and readiness to answer any question large or small as fast as possible. We believe this is the most important service we can offer as not getting an answer to questions can delay and ramp up construction costs unnecessarily.
